Matthew Wictome

Matthew Wictome serves as the Global Vice President of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at Trinity Biotech, where responsibility includes overseeing a strategic transformation partnership to enhance quality systems across multiple sites and streamline regulatory compliance. With a strong background in quality management, Matthew has also held roles such as Acting Head of Quality and Global Head of Quality Systems, driving significant efficiency improvements. Prior to Trinity Biotech, Matthew was the Managing Director at Datod Consulting, focusing on process improvement and change management for organizations. Previous experience includes key positions at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, where leadership spanned product surveillance and quality engineering, as well as an early role at the Health Protection Agency. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Southampton and multiple master's degrees in Strategy, Change, and Leadership from the University of Bristol.
