We are Trinity Capital AD – a renowned investment company specializing in acquisition, construction and management of commercial properties, established in 2019. We own and operate 4 retail parks in Bulgaria - XOPark Sofia- the largest retail park in the Balkans, XOPark Plovdiv, XOPark Haskovo and XOPark Yambol, and 4 more projects from the national retail parks chain are in pipeline – in the towns of Sandanski, Gotse Delchev, Stara Zagora and Razgrad. 

In 2023 in partnership with AP Capital we acquired West Mall, in 2024 we became stakeholders in Minimart stores chain, and in 2025 together with Hus Ltd. we took ownership of Park Center Sofia – the first shopping center of western type to open in Bulgaria. Our portfolio also includes the first outlet village to be built in Bulgaria in immediate proximity of XOPark Sofia, as well as several boutique projects in the capital.
