Senior Account Manager at Trinity Dynamics

Mike Lutes has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Mike started their career in 1991 as a Founder/Partner and Director of Sales at Covenant Industries, Inc., where they successfully grew sales from zero to over $1,000,000 in three years. Mike then moved on to work as a District Sales Manager at Kaeser Compressors, managing the distribution of Kaeser products through various channels and participating in customer seminars and trade shows.

In 1997, Mike joined NetGain Technologies as a Major Account Manager, handling major accounts for the company. Mike later transitioned to MCSI in 2000 as a Business Development Director, contributing to the company's growth and development.

From 2003 to 2009, Mike served as the VP of Sales at Communications Electronic Design, where they focused on developing relationships with clients in the museum, visitor center, and sports and entertainment industries. During their tenure, they achieved an average sales record of $1.5 - $2 million per year.

In 2009, Mike joined Warren Technology as a Business Development Director, driving business growth and expansion for the company until 2012. Mike then moved on to NOR-COM, Inc. in 2014, where they opened a branch office in Louisville as a Branch Manager.

Currently, Mike is a Senior Account Manager at Trinity Dynamics since 2023, where they continue to excel in their role.

Mike Lutes completed their high school education at St. Xavier High School from 1973 to 1977, where they obtained a HS Diploma with a focus on Prep Courses. Mike later pursued higher education at the University of Louisville from 1977 to 1981 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
