Don Lance

Don Lance is an experienced business development professional with a strong background in the forging industry. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Trinity Forge, Inc. since August 2022, Don previously held similar roles at Ellwood Texas Forge Navasota, LLC and Precision Metal Products/California Drop Forge. Don has also worked as a Sales Engineer at Orchid Mfg and as VP of Sales & Marketing at W Pat Crow Forgings. Don earned an Associate's degree in Political Science and Government from Niagara College between 1975 and 1977.
