Trinity Light Academy provides entrepreneurship training, leadership development, coaching, and incubator support for underserved, formerly incarcerated, and reentry individuals who are working to build a path toward self-sufficiency, purpose, and community contribution.

Our core service is a structured 12-week entrepreneurship training program that helps participants develop the mindset, confidence, and practical business skills needed to explore, launch, or grow a small business. The program includes workshops on entrepreneurial mindset, life vision, customer discovery, market research, business model basics, business planning, budgeting, pricing, profit, legal setup basics, marketing, sales, customer relationships, digital tools, leadership habits, communication, professional presence, and pitching a business idea.

In addition to classroom learning, participants receive guidance from volunteers, mentors, coaches, and business professionals who help them apply what they are learning to their own business ideas. Support may include reviewing business plans, practicing customer interviews, strengthening pricing and budgeting worksheets, improving marketing messages, developing sales scripts, and preparing for final pitch presentations.

After the training program, Trinity Light Academy offers incubator-style support tailored to each participant’s startup needs. This may include continued mentoring, accountability check-ins, referrals to community resources, help with business setup steps, and connections to professionals who can support their next stage of growth.

Our goal is to provide more than business education. We help participants build confidence, discipline, communication skills, leadership habits, and a stronger belief in their ability to create a better future for themselves, their families, and their communities.
