Randy Riley has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Randy started their career at Colgate Palmolive in 1976, working in brand management. Randy then moved to E&J Gallo Winery in 1983, where they also held a brand management position. In 1986, they became the President of HMG Worldwide, a role they held until 2001. In 2002, they founded TRINITY, LLC., where they served as the President and Partner, focusing on in-store marketing solutions globally. In 2004, they became a Board/Owner at HD Group, LLC, specifically working on the Miss O and FriendsTM brand targeted at tweenage girls. In 2007, they launched Grenite Sustainable Solutions as the Owner and Managing Partner, producing eco-friendly countertop surfaces for major retailers. Most recently, in 2018, they became a Co-Owner and Partner at Le Dû's Wines.
Randy Riley obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Princeton University, where they studied between 1970 and 1974. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing at Columbia Business School from 1975 to 1976.
