Tyler Spears

Tyler Spears is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and sales management within the logistics and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as President at both Mann’s Fabrication & Welding Inc. and Bridge Components Inc. since 2018 and 2013 respectively, Tyler also holds the position of Agency Owner at Trinity Logistics. Previously, Tyler held key roles at RVC II Logistics, including VP of Sales & Services and Director of Inside Sales, where responsibilities encompassed growing accounts, managing sales teams, and developing strategic sales plans. Early career experience included positions at Pacer International Inc., GREIF INC, and Goodyear, focusing on transportation analysis and supply chain management. Tyler holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Walsh University.
