Evan Escher

Evan Escher is a skilled Transit Planner currently employed at Trinity Metro since June 2022, where contributions include updating service standards, calculating minority and low-income percentages for Title VI compliance, and co-chairing a Ridership Task Force to enhance transit usage. Previous experience includes a Planning Intern role at Capital Metro, where updates to service standards and identification for transit signal priority were performed, and an Assistant Transportation Planner position at Moore & Associates, Inc., focused on data collection and analysis for various transit projects. Evan has also interned at the San Mateo County Transit District, contributing to research on youth ridership trends. Educational credentials include a degree in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University and a Graduate Certificate in Transportation from Portland State University. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning at The University of Texas at Arlington.
