Eric Ferson has been working in the field of user experience for the past several years. Eric began their career as an enrollment and completion advisor at National American University, where they helped prospective and current students with the enrollment process and retention. Eric was also a member of the Leadership Group serving Minnesota campuses.
In 2012, Eric began working as an instructor for the Youth Enrichment League, teaching extra-curricular courses for youth from elementary through high school. The following year, they became a senior staff writer for livemusicguide.com, creating original web articles about the music industry, including reviews, interviews, and general news.
In 2011, Eric began working for The Princeton Review as a campus representative. In this role, they helped create relationships and build awareness about The Princeton Review's opportunities on campus. Eric also proctored practice tests.
Eric is currently working as a UX Analyst at Trinity.
Eric Ferson has a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Minnesota. Eric also has certification from Google in Google Analytics.
