Chisolm Nicholson

Chisolm Nicholson, CCIM, SIOR, currently serves as a Senior Broker at Trinity Partners, specializing in flex and industrial real estate investment sales and leasing since January 2024. Prior to this role, Chisolm held the position of Vice President at the SC CCIM Chapter and served as a Commercial Sales and Leasing professional at Flagship Commercial from July 2019 to December 2023, focusing on industrial and medical office properties while overseeing the marketing department and conducting various market and financial analyses.
