Hillary Robinson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational coordination and management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Brokerage Coordinator at Trinity Partners since June 2019, Hillary has successfully enhanced team productivity, managed marketing strategies, and maintained deal files and databases. Prior to this role, Hillary spent four years at AdvantaClean, progressing from a Customer Support Representative to Director of Call Center Operations, where significant sales growth and team development were achieved. Hillary's earlier experience includes roles as Assistant Director and Supervisory Program Specialist at CYSS Fort Carson, managing staffing operations and employee evaluations, as well as a Site Director position at the YMCA. Hillary holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
