Jay Coombs, CEM, LEED AP, has significant experience in operations and maintenance management within the facilities sector. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Trinity Partners since October 2002, Jay oversees day-to-day personnel management for a team of over 20 Maintenance Technicians and provides technical support to the Charlotte Corporate office, Property Managers, Brokers, and building owners. Prior roles include Chief Technician-Supervisor at Trammell Crow Company, where Jay managed a maintenance team and Central Utility Plant operations, and Senior Electrical Technician at IBM, contributing to a vast corporate campus. Jay also gained experience as a Maintenance Technician at Fluor and as a Journeyman Electrician at Tarheel Electric Company, performing electrical installations across various sectors. Education was completed at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College.
