Michael Utsey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics and project management within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Director of Analytics at Trinity Partners since August 2021, Michael has previously held roles including Project Manager at CBRE, Financial Analyst at Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, LLC, and Development Analyst at SERRUS Capital Partners, Inc. Michael's early career included positions such as Business Manager at Estates & Companies and Assistant Manager at The Inn at Claussen's. Michael obtained a Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of South Carolina.
