Nancy Burns

Nancy Burns, FMA, RPA is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management. Currently a Senior Property Manager at Duke Realty Corporation since February 2019, Nancy oversees over 3 million square feet of industrial properties in the greater Raleigh area. Concurrently serving as a Senior Property Manager at Trinity Partners since April 2015, Nancy manages approximately 1.3 million square feet of high-profile Class A office buildings, including the Lenovo North American corporate headquarters. Previous positions include Senior Property Manager roles at Duke Realty and Anthony & Co, as well as Director of Property Management at Michigan Equities Property Management. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Michigan State University, completed in 1993.
