Trinity Power & Data Solutions (TPDS) is a boutique data center infrastructure platform headquartered in Austin, Texas. We specialize in identifying, entitling, electrifying, and delivering institutional-grade, sub-75MW powered land sites purpose-built for hyperscale and colocation data center operators.

Our vertically integrated model covers every phase of site development—from land acquisition and power procurement through ERCOT interconnection, permitting, civil engineering, and co-op energy negotiations—so that our customers receive turnkey, shovel-ready sites with secured power allocations and clear entitlements.

By focusing exclusively on the sub-75MW threshold, TPDS operates with speed, precision, and regulatory advantages that GW-scale competitors cannot match. We move faster, close with greater certainty, and deliver sites in strategic Texas markets where grid capacity, land availability, and local infrastructure converge.

Founded by a team with more than two decades of combined experience in commercial real estate, mechanical engineering, and infrastructure law, TPDS is built to serve the explosive demand for data center capacity driven by AI, cloud computing, and enterprise digital transformation.
