Elena Nikovski possesses a diverse range of experience, spanning various roles in education, research, and marketing. As an Online Tutor with the Teachers for Ukraine Initiative, Elena focused on teaching English to Ukrainian refugees. During an internship at the Justice Resource Institute, case files for over 300 families were assessed, and essential support was provided. Elena has engaged in research projects with Harvard Catalyst, contributing to the NFL Football Players’ Health Study, and has experience in marketing through a social media campaign for Recreo Coffee & Roasterie. Additionally, Elena has served as a Teaching Assistant at St. Kiril and Metodij Bulgarian School and as a Research Assistant at Boston College, concentrating on sustainability metrics. Currently studying at Trinity College Dublin, Elena is furthering knowledge in Business, Economics, and Social Studies, while also participating in The Women's Network Mentorship Program.
