Michael Lynd, Jr. is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the multifamily real estate sector. Since December 2017, Michael has served as CEO of Kairoi Residential, a company dedicated to managing, developing, and investing in multifamily communities with a portfolio exceeding 35,000 units. As a partner at Kairoi Investments and Kairoi Development since August 2003, Michael played a key role in rebranding two investment platforms. In addition to these leadership roles, Michael actively contributes to various organizations, including serving on the Board of Trustees at Trinity University and holding positions on several boards and committees related to urban planning and banking. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Finance from Trinity University, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
