Ágata Martins

Ágata Martins has a diverse work experience in quality assurance and product management. Ágata started their career as an "Estagiário de Qualidade" at ARBT from February 2011 to August 2011. Ágata then joined Perlink as an "Analista de Qualidade" from September 2011 to December 2018.

In 2018, Ágata joined Trinks and held various roles. Ágata started as a "Product Manager; Squad Leader" in July 2020. In this role, they were responsible for managing and prioritizing the backlog and roadmap of a B2B SaaS product for large accounts. Ágata successfully increased the active user base of this segment by over 200% in the last 3 years. Ágata also led an innovation squad and a quickwins squad, focusing on capturing and developing opportunities for the product. Ágata utilized various discovery techniques to identify new opportunities, gaps, and innovations.
