Trino Motion Pictures is an award-winning, leading African film production, marketing, sales and distribution company (RC 1339833), based in Lagos, Nigeria. Since 2016, we’ve been committed to exporting authentic African stories that entertain, inspire, and connect audiences across the globe.

Over the years, we’ve built a vibrant catalogue of diverse feature films — from the genre-bending The Weekend, which made history as the first independently produced Nigerian film to premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival (2024), to beloved titles like Sylvia (2018), Three Thieves (2019), The Razz Guy (2021), The One for Sarah (2022), KM17 (2024), and the recently released Love Lockdown (2025).

Our films are distributed in English and French across domestic and international cinemas, in-flight entertainment, and major streaming platforms, including Netflix, Showmax, Prime Video, Canal+, Tubi, Mansa, and DStv. We also extend our storytelling through original soundtracks, available on Apple Music, Spotify, and YouTube Music.
