Tom Lang is a seasoned professional in customer success and environmental management with a robust background in waste management and sustainability initiatives. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at TRINOV since May 2022, Tom previously held roles such as Manager of Customer Success at PHENIX, where responsibilities included enhancing waste valorization and improving waste sorting processes. Tom's experience also includes overseeing daily waste management operations at the Westfield Rosny 2 shopping center and launching food donation programs. With earlier positions at Séché Environnement, where Tom developed hazardous waste management strategies, and other roles supporting eco-design and environmental assessments, Tom has cultivated a strong expertise in sustainable practices.
