Rob Sermarini

Rob Sermarini has extensive experience in IT service management and support, currently serving as the Global IT Service Desk Manager and Global IT Service Delivery Lead at Trinseo since September 2015. Prior to this role, Rob held the position of Manager of IT End User Services at eBay from August 2007 to July 2015. Additional experience includes serving as Help Desk Manager, Network Administrator, and Training Coordinator at Entercom Communications from June 2003 to July 2007, and working as a Technical Consultant and Help Desk Manager at A.D. Marble & Company from May 2002 to June 2003. Rob holds a degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
