Jared Hooste

Jared Hooste is an experienced HRIS professional with a diverse background in human resources technology management and consulting. Currently serving as the HRIS Manager at Trintech since September 2025, Jared previously held positions including Human Resource Information System Manager at ALKEGEN and HRIS Workday Consultant at iStaff, where contributions included supporting the design and implementation of HR systems for the Brazilian market. At Legrand, North America, Jared managed HR technology systems for a rapidly growing infrastructure business, while also serving in HRIS roles at Vaco and U.S. Anesthesia Partners, Inc., where notable achievements included supporting significant growth through acquisitions. Jared began a career in HR technology consulting and support at Baylor Scott & White Health and has foundational experience as an IT Technician and I/O Psychologist. Jared holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in English from The University of Texas at Arlington.
