Jonathan Kabuye is a Senior Learning & Development Consultant with extensive experience in instructional design and organizational consulting. Jonathan began their career as an English teacher and has evolved into a seasoned expert in learning transformation, LMS administration, and compliance training. At Trintech, Jonathan led significant initiatives, including the implementation of the company's first LMS and a comprehensive performance management cycle overhaul, achieving noteworthy cost savings and enhanced employee engagement. They hold a Master’s degree in Public Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from St. Lawrence University.
