Mickie Tate

Mickie Tate, ISA, is currently the Director of Audit and Compliance at Trintech, a position held since 2025. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director of IT Audit at the University of North Texas from 2015 to 2020 and were a Senior IT Audit Manager at JCPenney from 2007 to 2013. Their earlier experience includes positions as an IT Audit Senior at Southwest Airlines from 2004 to 2007 and as a Manager of Systems Governance at RealPage from 2021 to 2025. Mickie holds a BSBA in Computer Information Systems from Hawaii Pacific University and a Master’s in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
