Cathy Eldridge

Cathy Eldridge has a long and varied career in business. Cathy began their career in 1977 at Procter & Gamble as a Plant Manager, Operations, Department and Team Manager, and Program and Planning Manager for the Laundry Brand. In 1994, they became the President and CEO of American Community Bank, where they implemented a strategic plan to increase ROA from 0. In 2004, they became the Chair of the Board of Trustees for Mercy Health (formerly Catholic Health Partners). In 2015, they joined Trio Labs, Inc. as an HR/OD Consultant/Director and COO. Finally, in 2016, they became a Board Member for The Catholic Health Association of the United States, and in 1999, they founded Eldridge Consulting, Inc., a consulting firm that assists senior management in achieving objectives.

Cathy Eldridge obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Arizona in 1974. Cathy then went on to pursue their Master in Business Administration from the same university, which they completed in 1976.
