Daniël Stegeman

Daniël Stegeman has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Daniël started their career as an Undertaker at DELA België in 2004 and worked there until 2006. Daniël then joined ASR Nederland in 2010 as a Management Trainee until 2012. Following that, they joined Triodos Bank, where they held multiple positions including Teamlead Customer Contact Center from 2012 to 2013, Manager Customer Contact Center from 2014 to 2018, Head of Customer Services from 2018 to 2023, Director Retail Banking a.i. Triodos Bank Netherlands from 2022 to 2023, and currently serves as the Group Director Customer Services.

Daniël Stegeman completed their Master of Science in Business Studies at the University of Amsterdam - Amsterdam Business School from 2010 to 2013. Daniël then pursued a Post-academic program in Customer Experience and Multichannel Management at Beeckestijn Business School from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) between 2006 and 2010. In 2003, Daniël briefly attended Katholieke Hogeschool Mechelen, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism. Their secondary education was completed at Middelbare Steinerschool Vlaanderen, De Es from 1997 to 2003.
