Lisette van Breen

Lisette van Breen has extensive experience in customer due diligence (CDD) and compliance roles within the banking sector, currently serving as Team Leader for CDD Retail Business Onboarding at Triodos Bank since September 2020. Responsibilities include managing a team to ensure timely and regulatory-compliant CDD processes, setting and monitoring performance targets, and overseeing the execution of CDD procedures. Previous positions at Triodos include CDD Signatory and CDD Analyst, focusing on Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and quality control. Lisette van Breen has also gained relevant experience at ING and TPS, along with various administrative and research roles. Lisette van Breen holds multiple Master's degrees in Clinical Psychology and Health Behavior Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and began academic education in psychology with a Bachelor's degree at the same university.
