Remko de Bie

Remko de Bie is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in sustainable financing and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager for Energy and Climate at Triodos Bank since March 2020, Remko focuses on advancing the energy transition in the Netherlands through financing renewable projects. Previously, as a Senior Account Manager at ASN Bank, Remko specialized in financing sustainable energy initiatives in Northwest Europe and supporting global projects in renewable energy, biodiversity, and human rights. Remko's diverse background also includes significant roles in risk management and corporate banking at GE Artesia Bank, as well as originating complex financings at the Royal Bank of Scotland and ABN AMRO Bank. Educational qualifications include a propaedeuse in law from the University of Amsterdam and a degree from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
