Rob Oudman

Rob Oudman is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Benelux at Houlihan Lokey since November 2015. A member of the European Management Committee, Oudman specializes in M&A, IPO, public offers, and capital market advisory. Notable advisory roles include assisting EQT with the acquisition of Azelis and advising Egeria on the sale of Jet Group to Velux, among others. Oudman also participates on various boards and committees, including the Boardroom panel at BNR Nieuwsradio and the Investment Committee for Triodos Organic Growth Fund. Additionally, Oudman co-founded the Amsterdam office of Leonardo & Co and has held positions on multiple advisory boards while being a private investor at Green Valley Capital BV.
