Head Of People & Engagement Workstream - Triodos Restructuring (tom) at Triodos Bank

Sander Donze has extensive work experience in various roles related to HR management, talent development, and performance management. Sander currently serves as the Head of People and Engagement Workstream for the Triodos Restructuring project at Triodos Bank. In this role, they lead a team of 10 HR and Communications professionals and supports managers and employees throughout the restructuring process. Prior to this, Sander worked as an Independent Consultant at Movimiento Advies.

From 2019 to 2022, they held the position of Global Head of Talent Management & Engagement at Hillebrand, where they implemented improvements in talent and performance management, global recruitment, and learning processes for a workforce of 2,800 people across 48 countries.

Earlier in their career, Sander worked at Triodos Bank as an HR Business Partner, supporting three departments and their management teams in recruitment, illness, and development challenges. Sander also served as an International HR Project Manager, leading HR change projects for 1,400 employees across eight European countries.

Before joining Triodos Bank, Sander worked as a Lead Consultant for Talent & Performance Management at Deloitte, where they developed talent and performance strategies and led their implementation. Sander also served as a Talent Development Manager at Fidet | Finance Professionals, overseeing the professional development of young professionals and managing commercial relationships with financial companies.

Sander's early career includes internships at PGGM and CHEP.

Sander Donze has a diverse education history. Sander completed their Bachelor of Science in Commercial Economics from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) in 2003. Later, in 2005, they pursued their Master of Science in Strategic Management from Tilburg University. Sander also gained knowledge in various areas by attending different short-term courses. In 2006-2008, they completed a PRINCE2 course in Project Management at ICM opleidingen & trainingen. In 2008, they further enhanced their skills in Project Management by obtaining an IPMA-D certification from ICM opleidingen & trainingen. Sander also has a Coaching Leadership certification from NCOI Opleidingen in 2008. In terms of language acquisition, they took a Curso Español Basico course at Marcus Evans Linguarama in 2016 and Spanish A1 & A2 at Malaca Instituto Malaga in 2022. Sander also pursued a course in Systeemdenken (System Thinking) from Bureau Ten Bate in 2020-2021, further developing their expertise in Organizational Leadership.
