Sander Grondman

Sander Grondman is a Data Engineer currently employed at Triodos Bank since October 2025, previously serving in the same role at Rabobank from August 2021 to August 2025. Prior to these positions, Sander participated in a two-year traineeship with Calco, completing an intensive development program focused on IT and soft skills. Sander co-founded Open Source Radio in April 2020 and worked as a Talent Coordinator at Doornroosje until April 2021. Experience also includes a position at de Meesterproef in service and a marketing and sales role at Soulsplit.com, where Sander oversaw Google advertising and social media management. Sander holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Economics from Radboud University, completed between 2016 and 2020, and studied briefly at Tilburg University and Stedelijk Gymnasium Nijmegen, along with attending Hamilton High School.
