Sarah Morse

Sarah Morse is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Triodos Bank, Sarah specializes in cost optimization, climate change risk regulation, stress testing, and financial management. As Co-Chair of Trustees for Friends of Sutton Benger School, Sarah focuses on fundraising and project management for new school facilities. Previous roles include Head of Efficiency Management at Nationwide Building Society, where Sarah led a transformative shift in efficiency culture and earned recognition for excellence in regulatory stress testing. Additional experience encompasses financial planning, analysis, and board-level responsibilities at firms such as Travel 2 Ltd and Robert W. Baird & Co. Sarah is also a founding member of the Flamingo Foundation charity, dedicated to empowering vulnerable communities. An ACCA-qualified professional, Sarah's education was completed at The Red Maids School in Bristol.
