Max Sharkansky

Max Sharkansky has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Max co-founded Trion Properties, Inc. in 2005 and currently serves as the Managing Partner. In this role, Max is responsible for overseeing all aspects of acquisition, disposition, and property analysis. Max has led the acquisition, renovation, and disposition of over $800,000,000 in multifamily assets, resulting in an average IRR of over 25%. Prior to founding Trion Properties, Max worked as a Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap from 2002 to 2006. Max managed the sale of several million dollars in real estate, primarily in the multifamily sector, and established himself as one of the top-ranking brokers in West LA.

Max Sharkansky attended Loyola Marymount University, College of Business Administration from 1999 to 2001. Max obtained a BBA degree with a field of study in Business, specifically focusing on Finance.
