Jiangshan

Jiangshan Ma serves as the Director of Artificial Intelligence at Trip.com since October 2020, focusing on trip planning, recommendation systems, and causal inference. Prior to this role, Jiangshan held the position of Chief Scientist at Didi Udian Technology from June 2018 to October 2020, where leadership in big data, operations research, and machine learning was provided for shared mobility and on-demand bus services. Jiangshan's experience also includes serving as the Director of Research & Development at the Shenzhen Urban Transport Planning Center, focusing on ITS platform development, big data, and GIS applications. Additional roles include Deputy Division Director at Countrygarden, Lecturer at Shanghai Maritime University, and Postdoctoral researcher at the Tokyo Institute of Technology. Jiangshan Ma holds a Ph.D. in Reliable Routing under Uncertain Traffic Networks from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, along with a Master of Engineering in Transportation Planning and a Bachelor of Engineering in Transportation and Highway Engineering from Southeast University.
