Serena Wang

Serena Wang has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Serena began their career as a Product Operation Manager at eBay from 2008 to 2011. Serena then served as a Product Manager at the travel website Qunar from 2011 to 2015. Serena joined Trip.com in 2015 and held several positions, including Senior Manager of Product Management, Head of Hotel Product Operation, and Meta Search, and currently serves as the Global Operation Director. Throughout their career, Serena has demonstrated leadership skills and expertise in product management and operations in the travel industry.
