Amanda Evans

Amanda Evans has extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR roles. Amanda is currently the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Tripadvisor, where they have been working since 2013. Before their current role, they served as the Senior Global Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager for EMEA/APAC at Tripadvisor. Prior to joining Tripadvisor, Amanda worked as an HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Pearl Group Consulting and AMASCO Associates, respectively. Amanda also held the position of Business Director and Head of Recruitment at AMASCO Associates. Additionally, Amanda has experience as a General Manager at Focus Search & Selection and as an HR Senior/Internal Recruitment specialist at Norfolk Trucks. Throughout their career, Amanda has demonstrated their expertise in talent mapping, succession planning, stakeholder management, and team management. Amanda has a strong background in partnering with leadership teams to develop HR strategies and supporting managers in effectively leading and engaging their teams.
