David Fox

David Fox serves as the Senior Director of Global Telecom Services at Tripadvisor, leading the operation and transformation of telecom services, as well as developing telecom and contact center strategies since February 2018. Previously, David held various roles at SITA from 1998 to 2018, including Lead Consultant for Global Customer Experience and Unified Communications solutions, and Head of Voice and Convergence Services, where expertise in customer experience technologies and strategic service delivery was pivotal. David’s earlier experience includes positions at ntl: and Kirkpatrick & Hopes, alongside a robust educational background with a BSc (Combined Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Aston.
