Jacky Choy

Jacky Choy is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems administration and desktop support. Currently serving as Team Lead for IT Desktop Support at TripAdvisor, Jacky has been involved in SCCM management and desktop support for the UK team since November 2018. Prior roles include Technical Support Analyst at MPC, IT Systems & Support Engineer at Digital Catapult, and Infrastructure Engineer at Caplin Systems, where responsibilities predominantly focused on maintaining Windows Server environments and Active Directory. Jacky's career began in technical support and development with roles at Vertex Data Science and Team Management Systems Ltd., following a Bachelor of Science degree in Intelligent and Information Systems from Oxford Brookes University.
