Jonathan Hanley is a transformational leader in customer operations with more than 24 years of experience building world-class customer support organizations. As Vice President of Customer Operations, he oversees our global teams, driving scalable, seamless operations that support travelers, partners, and internal teams.
Before joining Viator, Jonathan led online marketplace operations at TikTok, managing e-commerce customer operations across the US, Asia, Europe, and LATAM. He also spent more than nine years at Expedia Group, where he managed European customer operations and successfully launched new markets in Europe, Asia, and LATAM. His work included supporting partner onboarding and providing coaching to help partners grow their online businesses.
Based in Cambridge, England, Jonathan enjoys traveling with his family, with Asia being their favorite destination for its unforgettable experiences and exceptional food.
