Sharon Keung

Sharon Keung is an experienced instructional designer currently working at Tripadvisor since September 2023. Previously, Sharon served as Assistant Manager of Digital Learning at the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute, where responsibilities included designing a successful business ethics compliance training program that engaged over 1,800 financial practitioners and achieved a satisfaction rate exceeding 90%. Sharon also held the position of Digital Learning Developer at the same institute, creating storyboards in collaboration with subject matter experts. Earlier roles include Instructional Design Assistant at The University of Hong Kong, where training programs were delivered to over 2,500 participants, and various positions at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, contributing to significant educational projects. Sharon holds a Master of Science in Information Technology in Education from The University of Hong Kong, graduating with distinction, along with multiple bachelor's degrees in Political Science, Development, and Social Sciences.
