Andreas Kalaitzis

Andreas Kalaitzis has significant experience in the field of software engineering. Andreas is currently serving as the Lead Software Engineer at TripAround since March 2019. Prior to this, they worked at SingularLogic as a Software Engineer from January 2016 to February 2019. Andreas also co-founded TOORISTAS, where they held the role of Co-Founder & CTO from December 2014 to February 2019. Before that, they worked as a Freelance Software Developer from October 2009 to December 2018. Andreas also gained experience as a Software Engineer at Eθνικό Κέντρο Τεκμηρίωσης (EKT/NHRF) from October 2011 to January 2016 and as IT & Systems Support at Special Olympics Athens from May 2011 to July 2011.

Andreas Kalaitzis completed a Bachelor's degree in Informatics at the University of Piraeus from 2003 to 2008. Andreas then pursued a Master's degree in Advanced Information Systems from the same university, studying from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Andreas obtained the ISO 20000:2011 Certificate from TUV in November 2015, and the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in November 2015.
