Raditya Nuarta has extensive experience in civil drafting and design, with a career that includes positions at several notable companies. Initial experience as a Drafting Engineer at PT. Rekayasa Industri involved work on the Ulubelu Unit 3 & 4 Geothermal Power Project for Pertamina Geothermal Energy and a project for Exxon Mobil as an Architect & Civil Designer. Following this, roles included Civil Designer for Pertamina EP Cepu's Gas Development Project and Civil Draftsman for PT. PLN (Persero) on the Ulubelu Geothermal Power Plant Project. At Wika Rabana Kelsri Consortium, Raditya contributed as a Civil Draftsman on the Pipeline Gas Transmission Project for Pertamina Gas. A brief stint at PT. Cipta Konsultan Indonesia involved drafting designs for infrastructure in Papua Barat.
