David also worked at Medallia as a Principal, focusing on the hospitality, travel, and leisure industry.

David has also held leadership positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as a Director of Customer Loyalty and at Wyndham Worldwide as the Vice President of Sales Innovation. David was also the Director of Corporate Development at Clear | Verified Identity Pass and Director of Sales Strategy and Operations at Starwood Hotels & Resorts. David began their career as a Sales Manager at W Chicago Lakeshore and Wyndham International.

David M. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration at Cornell University from 1993 to 1997. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration degree at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, specializing in Finance and Accounting, from 2002 to 2005.
