Roxana Rivera

Roxana Rivera is an experienced investment officer currently working at Triple Jump since May 2022. Previously, Roxana held the position of senior risk analyst at MicroRate Rating Agency from February 2013 to April 2022, where responsibilities included leading risk assessment teams for microfinance institutions across Peru, Latin America, and Africa, and developing ratings for social performance management and customer protection certifications. Roxana's earlier roles include intermediate and junior risk analyst positions, as well as an analyst in the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion and coordinator and analyst at the Socio-Economic Labor Observatory of Arequipa. In terms of education, Roxana holds a Master in Business Innovation and Sustainability from EADA Business School, a specialization in Finance from the National University of Engineering, and a degree in Statistics and Computer Science from the National University of Altiplano.
