Robert Overweg is a creative professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in design and innovation. As the founder of Adaptable Mindset since August 2019, Robert focuses on empowering individuals to navigate changes and disruptions. Previously, Robert held various roles, including designer at Koeweiden Postma, art director for architecture students at ArtEZ Academie van Bouwkunst, and co-founder of the freelance team Brilliant after Breakfast. Additionally, Robert has been instrumental in building the innovation department at Triple and serves as a speaker and faculty member at The Speakers Academy. With a background in graphic design and a Bachelor of Arts from ArtEZ hogeschool voor de kunsten, Robert also founded a personal studio in 2009 and is currently co-founding Leapfrog A.I., dedicated to bridging the GenAI gap.
