Aaron Reading (MLPI)

Aaron Reading has accumulated over 19 years of work experience in the field of Learning and Development. Aaron'smost recent position was as the Group Talent Development Director at Tripledot Studios starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Learning and Development Manager at Safestore Self Storage from April 2021 to June 2023. Aaron also held the position of Learning and Development Manager (Department Lead) at Ocado Retail Ltd from December 2019 to April 2021 and at Mothercare from June 2019 to November 2019. Before that, Aaron worked at Specsavers where they served as a Senior Learning and Development Partner from April 2018 to June 2019, a Learning Designer from September 2015 to April 2018, a Learning and Development Manager - Management Development from January 2014 to September 2015, and a Hearcare Training Manager from August 2012 to January 2014. Aaron also worked at Wickes as a Learning and Development Advisor on an interim short-term contract from May 2012 to August 2012, at Gala Coral Group as a Learning and Development Manager from February 2011 to May 2012, and at Vision Express as a Management Development Consultant from June 2005 to February 2011. Aaron started their career at Vision Express as a Regional Development Officer from February 2004 to June 2005.

Aaron Reading has a diverse education history. In 2019, they completed a course on Excel Fundamentals at Quanta Training. In 2017, they attended Quanta Training again, this time for a course on APM Project Fundamentals in the field of Project Management. Aaron also received training in InDesign (Adobe) at Media Training UK in 2014. Additionally, they pursued an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Development from CIPD between 2009 and 2010. Apart from their formal education, Aaron obtained the "More Than Your Average Learning Designer" certification from Credly in July 2015. Recently, in March 2021, they became a member of The LPI (Learning and Performance Institute).
