Matt Simon

Matt Simon has a diverse work experience history. Matt started their career in 2006 as a Division Director at Robert Half International. After that, they worked as an Account Executive at Argent Software in 2009. Matt then joined Microsoft in 2010 as a Technical Account Manager, later transitioning to roles as a Strategic Account Manager and then as a Strategic Account Executive. In 2015, Matt joined TripleLift as a Sales Manager and then progressed to Director of Sales & Partnerships, RVP of Sales, and currently holds the position of VP of US Sales.

Matt Simon holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Gettysburg College. In addition, they have obtained certifications in "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences," "Unconscious Bias," and "Uncovering Unconscious Bias in Recruiting and Interviewing" from LinkedIn in 2021.
