Chris Lee has worked in a variety of roles in the real estate and business industries. From 2013 to 2014, they were an intern in the Player Competition Department at Major League Soccer and a Baseball Operations and Data Analyst at TrackMan. In 2014, they began working at Triplemint as a Senior Real Estate Associate, where they completed 70 sales and rental deals. Chris also conducted comparative analysis of properties to determine competitive market prices and prepared contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, leases, and financial information. In 2016, Chris became the Co-Founder/Owner and Business Development Manager of Cafe Erzulie in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. In this role, they managed the cafe's budget, managed relationships with vendors, generated profit and loss statements, and assisted with the marketing and branding efforts. In 2018, they were promoted to Director of Triplemint's Insights and Analytics department, where they are responsible for identifying, collecting, and normalizing industry data to create a proprietary algorithm that predicts sales trends in the NYC real estate market. Additionally, they manage the workflows and relationships between the marketing, engineering and sales teams.
Chris Lee attended Wesleyan University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a degree in Economics and American Studies. Chris also holds an OSHA certification.
