They have a diverse background, having transitioned from non-profits and hospitality to driving revenue operations in technology firms. Lacey has held significant roles such as Head of Field Enablement at Percolate Inc. and Director of Sales Training and Development at Resy, focusing on optimizing processes and enhancing sales team effectiveness. Currently, they serve as Vice President of Revenue Operations and Strategy at Tripleseat and are a Board Member, Consultant, and Co-Founder at Strance Fitness, where they aim to revolutionize the fitness industry.
