Jan Strandbakke

Jan Strandbakke has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jan began their career as a software engineer at Ericsson Radar in 1997 and later worked as a software project manager at Vmetro asa from 2000 to 2008. Jan also held the position of project manager, scrum master, and senior software engineer at Curtiss Wright Controls in 2008 and 2009. At Buypass AS, Jan served as the head of consulting and later transitioned into the role of technical project manager and scrum master. After leaving Buypass, Jan joined Tripletex AS as the head of development in 2016. Jan then worked as a member of the board of directors at ProSaldo.net GmbH, Visma Software Romania, Visma | yuki, and Teamleader, with their current position being on the board of directors at Teamleader.

Jan Strandbakke obtained a Bachelor of Computer Engineering degree from Gjøvik University College (HiG) between 1994 and 1997. In addition to this, Jan also obtained several certifications from Coursera. In October 2013, Jan completed the "Creativity, Innovation, and Change" course from Coursera. In May 2013, Jan also obtained a certification in "Gamification" from Coursera. Lastly, in November 2014, Jan obtained a certificate for completing the "Learning How to Learn: Powerful mental tools to help you master tough subjects" course, which was also offered by Coursera.
